Description
FM 1323 is an excellent road that goes 23 miles from Johnson City to Eckert. It is a great way to get to the start of the Willow City Loop. This nicely paved road has no cattle guards, has very little traffic or police presence, and is quite fun.
The road also intersects with the highly recommeneded FM 1320 & 1631.
