Park Rd. 4

Traffic Scenery Fun Road Condition Police

Description

As far as roads with traffic go this is one of the best in the Hill Country!  The traffic usually isn't bad, but because it's a park road there are always other cars and much of this road has no passing possibilities.  However, Park Rd 4 is all about the scenery.  It goes by both Inks Lake State Park and Longhorn Cavern State Park.  The area by Inks Lake is gorgeous, and the road is twisty and fun.  The speed limit is aleady quite reasonable, so with the extra family traffic its best to behave and stick to the limit.

The stretch of road running by Longhorn Cavern to Hwy 281 is straighter, but still a lot of fun because there are some really steep hills that you can get some G-force on.
